Privacy Policy

When you book a service, check in, or otherwise engage with us, we may collect your contact details (name, mobile, email, address), your vehicle's details (registration, make, model, service history), and records of the work carried out — quotes, invoices, payments, and inspection notes.

We use your information to schedule and carry out the work you've asked for, send you quotes, invoices and receipts, send service reminders and booking confirmations, and — only if you've opted in — occasional service offers. We also use it to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — our email and SMS providers (to send the messages you've agreed to receive), our payment processor (to handle card payments securely), and our hosting/database provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep customer, vehicle and job records for as long as you're an active customer and for a period afterwards to meet our tax and accounting record-keeping obligations. Records of your communication preferences (opted in or out, and when) are kept as evidence of consent, independent of your current preference.

You can, at any time and free of charge:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details
• Opt out of marketing and reminder messages — reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email
• Raise a complaint about how we've handled your information

Your data is stored with access controls that ensure only authorised staff can view it, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store your full card number — card payments are handled directly by our payment processor.
